Are your items made to order?

Yep. Every piece is made just for you once you place an order. That’s why we don’t keep piles of stock sitting around—and why things take a little time to ship.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Short answer: no.
Longer answer: still no.

Because everything is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and choices before checkout.

If we mess up and send the wrong item or something arrives damaged, that’s on us. Email info@nakedslang.com with photos and we’ll fix it.


How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes a few business days since we’re making your item from scratch.
Shipping time depends on your location and the delivery gods.

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking so you can stalk it responsibly.


Where do you ship from?

Orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partners based on your location to get things to you as efficiently as possible.


Why does my order arrive in separate packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they might ship separately. Same order. Same drip. Different boxes.


What sizes do you offer?

Each product page includes a size chart. Use it. Love it. Avoid regret.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. If you caught something immediately after ordering, email us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do—but no promises.


Do you restock designs?

Some designs stick around. Others disappear forever. If you like something, don’t overthink it.
