At NakedSlang, every item is made on demand after your order is placed. Because each product is created specifically for you, all sales are considered final unless there is a confirmed issue with the item.

We want you to receive the correct product in great condition. If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Once your order moves into production, it is officially locked in.

That means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the wrong size, the wrong color, change of mind, accidental orders, or “my bad” moments.

So before you check out, please double-check your size, color, shipping address, product details, and overall vibe.

Now, if we mess up, that is different.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@nakedslang.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right — quick, clean, no nonsense.

Made-to-Order Policy

All NakedSlang products are made especially for each customer after checkout. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Changing your mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Not liking the fit after receiving the item
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Please review your size, color, product details, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A photo of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.


Size Exchanges

Because each NakedSlang item is made on demand, we do not offer size exchanges if the size ordered does not fit as expected.

Please check the size chart before ordering. Some products may have different fits depending on the style, including oversized fits or classic regular fits. Sizing details are listed on each product page.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly because each NakedSlang item is made on demand.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to help, but cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next best step.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, NakedSlang is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

If the order is returned and can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.


Final Sale Items

Because NakedSlang products are made to order, all items are final sale unless there is a confirmed damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment error.


Refunds

Refunds are only considered when there is a confirmed issue that cannot be resolved with a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
